I love Brothers & Sisters. I've always been a big Sally Fields fan and I think she is great in this show! I thought that Sara had decided to marry him and that's why she stopped him from marrying out of convenience. Maybe the mention again of the 4 weeks was just to throw us off course so that we'd be sure and tune in to see what happens. I think maybe she is going to have a Walker wedding and the comment was that she only has 4 weeks to get that done. That's just my thoughts....nothing definitive.

Luke's visa was going to expire in 4 weeks UNLESS he got married.
The woman from the art gallery was going to marry him as a favor, but Sara decided at the last minute, that she loved him and that she didn't want him to marry someone just to stay here.
Obviously, unless they are going to write him out of the show, she will have to marry him within 4 weeks.
