You Be The Judge..3 pictures

Okay, here's the deal. I have three dogs and one large, newly dug hole in the back yard. I started scolding the one I thought did it, but they all hung their heads like they were all guilty. I still think it was just one. These pictures were taken after they came in. You be the judge. LOL!!!!

This is Buddy. Do you see any signs of guilt?

Here's Penny. She's my little angel and I just know she wouldn't do such a thing.

and heeeeere's Luther...what do you think??? I didn't take pictures of paws because the nose pretty much said it all in my opinion.

Thanks everyone for being at my side. YES! I'm very lucky, it was the happiest day. If you was there, hoya people, (I was thinking of you in that moment), my mouth was open wide, I said, my gosh, my gosh, it is a hoya!!. Awww that last picture is sad, yep he is the guilty one alright. Mom, doggies like to dig, it's in their blood, they get bored, just cover the hole back up, that's what we do.
Wish I could give each one of them a big old smooch, love their faces.

I love all your dogs. They all look well loved. I have 3 dachshunds and one of those is a "Luther" too--only his name is Rascal. Rascal digs no matter what--and boy can he look guilty,of course the brown nose--on a black doxie and the red North Carolina dirt under his nails don't help matters at all. I have looked out the window a few times and all I see of Rascal is his body--his whole head is gone!!!

OMG!!! I love it!! How cute is that!! Reminds me of
my Dobermen when she dug holes in the yard. LOL

BUSTED LUTHER!! Throw him in the dog slammer!! (but how could you NOT love a face like that)...no doggie tv for a week...all barking privileges cancelled...mmmm...what other sentences can we give him????

Do you have a cat in the neighborhood?? Maybe he did it and was just trying to frame poor Luther who tried to fill the hole back up with dirt (with his nose)

It's all a set-up, I tell ya!!!! The other 2 went and washed the dirt of their noses. Not my fault I couldn't find the washcloths...LOL

Aw! I'll represent Luther, that is all circumstantial evidence. I plead "Not Guilty". And we will prove it.

There were 2 witness to the neighborhood cat digging the hole. Buddy and Penny saw the whole thing. That cat kicked the dirt in Luther's face.

I rest.

Oh, this reminds me of when we took care of my sister's dog. I let him outside and got distracted. When I opened the door, I heard this strange splashing noise. When I called his name, this is what I found:

And I found a huge muddy hole over on the side of the yard.
