My porch...I've been looking for a lamp to go one the table at the end of the couch...it had to be cheap "shabby" and sort of fit in...I found one today at Goodwill....the one with the blue shade...I like it....I think it was a great find...here's my porch...got to put some of the plants back but I got it reasonably clean today...

Happy birthday to your mom, Wanda! Gayle, no thanks but when we were on our trip out West last summer was saw a biker with a bloody leg sticking out of his pack thing on his bike. I guess he thought it was cute. Goodbye Winter! Here's a picture of Lauren with the snowmen her and her friend made this Winter. How do you like her coat? She picked it out, not her mom. lol.

That kitty's face speaks volumes. Poor thing. I also have a "stranger" in my barn, been there for the past three weeks. It's half grown, pure white with blue eyes and skinny as a rail. I hesitated putting out food, as I can only imagine a litter of kittens in its future but I've been leaving a bowl of dry food out. Coons are helping themselves to it too. ugh. The cat is very timid and runs and hides from me. But one day while it was running across the barn rafters, I was able to identify it as a she, pretty sure that is. Only, I am also convinced that she is deaf. It doesn't even hear me if I walk up behind it and stand there, only when it senses my presence does it take off like a rocket. If the weather ever takes a turn for the better, I'd like to put out a live trap. I'd even keep her as long as I could take her in to get her spayed. My indoor/outdoor cat "Kitty" seems to be ok with her hanging around (he's neutered).

Wonderful eagle, Jodi! And I love those beautiful eggs. I've said "seagull" my entire lifeÂand grew up where we had plenty of them. But a man with a rather snotty voice on NPR admonished recently, "One shouldn't say 'seagull.' They are gulls." Okay, whatever. Here's my front yard yesterday, awaiting the June bloom. Annie, as always, is in Garden Helper position.
