Give Equally to Daughters?

I am in rather a quandry about this. We have two daughters, who are very close as friends. Our younger daugher,2 kids and a hubby, is in pretty good financial shape, but our older daughter, no children, went through a nasty divorce about 5 years ago and doesn't have much money to spend. She bought a little house about four years ago and her salary doesn't go very far. So ... we are taking all our children and grandchildren, total 7 of us, on a cruise next year to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we want to give our older about $600 to pay her plane fare down to meet us at the ship.

I have given her money here and there and we have helped her out with her house from time to time, but she doesn't like to take money from us. If I gave the same amount to the other daughter then it would be okay. I told her that we wish to see her have some of our money now when we are alive to see her enjoy it. Should I give equally now or what are your ideas on this? Also we give quite a bit of $$ to the grandkids so I figure this evens it out. What do you think?
