Just talked to both of them--what a special couple!

Todays her Birthday & we chatted for a bit, then I talked to Vince (he's such a lovable Teddy Bear)

Vince could use some prayers, as he's battling cancer (prostate & bone) They both have a great attitude!

Fortunately, I've had the pleasure of being with them several times & have always enjoyed their spunky personalties--

I know they'd appreciate some good thoughts & prayers!

Hey Ladies!!! Haley sent me a message and I've been meaning to come say hello. I am just so busy these days, I can hardly check FB even - which is where I keep up w/ most friends and family anymore. I miss the KT so much, I really do. It's just hard to get everything done. I have a 9 month old baby girl, Ada, and you all probably remember Bradley. He's 5 1/2 now and has started Kindergarten. Fun and busy times!!! I will try to do better about stopping in over here, I've been wanting to check some other GardenWeb sites b/c I'd like to garden again this year. mama_goose thank you for giving me this link. She has had a laptop but hasn't been able to use it. She has always been such an alert person and very sharp. One thought...I wonder if she or her family know how to get the font in extra large size..? And if that won't work...we should all send her card and print really big. I used to write letters to Dennys grandmother in great big print...she loved it and always looked forward to my letters because she said they were the only ones she could read. I think I'll check through my stash of cards and see if I can find a pretty one for her. Must be lonely after having all of us to talk to all the time... patti

Happy Birthday Velleen! Vince, my dad lived many years with prostate, testicular and bone cancer and was relatively pain free for a lot of that time. I hope you have equal success with fighting the disease.

I appreciate Dianna for her calls and posting. Had a very nice BD. The family took us out to eat and had a very enjoyable day.
Vince has a lot of pain but they aren't sure if it is the cancer or arthritis. They ran an MRI the other day to find out.
Thanks to all my KT friends for their prayers and Thoughts. Love you all
