Help needed from Raven

I somehow moved my Start up menu bar across the top of my page rather than the bottom. I managed to get it to move to the left side at one point, but while trying to get it to the bottom of the screen it moved to the top again. This has happened before and I was able to fix it but this time I can't get it done. Please help. I'm running Windows XP.

Okay right click on a clear spot on the bar and make sure its unlocked (not check marked). Then with the cursor grab the edge of the toolbar hold down the mouse and drag it back to the bottom, it may take a couple tries. Once you have it back down there again right click on the bar and this time check mark to lock it then it won't move.

In case you have trouble with that you can go to this link, scroll down the page to the fixit button and use it, this will reset it to the default location.

you are very welcome Pam glad that helped. One thing your husband may want to try, this is what I do and like it, I create folders on the bar directly above the tabs which is the bookmarks toolbar, in those folders I put say my daily faves the ones I go to first every day, then all I have to do is right click that folder and hit open all in tabs and voila there they all are. I do a folder for my emails too since I have a few and can open all them at once the same way. I love the bookmarks tool bar, if you choose not to put them in folders you can simply drag any website you are currently on to the bookmarks tool bar by grabbing it's icon in the url bar and just drag it to that toolbar and it will stick, to change the name right click on the icon choose properties and you can make changes. to create the folder on the bar right click a clear space click new folder the box comes up to name it, then to put your faves in there just go to the website and drag it in or right click on the folder and select add bookmark here.

Here is a good place to start searching? When I put the Card I bought for the Tablet into my computer directly, a notice popped up about formatting it but I didn't for fear I would screw it up to not work in the Tablet again cause that card was warned against formatting it as stated here where I ordered it from. Back a few months ago, Raven recommended me an affordable 10.1" tablet. Initially, I purchased one to read books. Now, I love that thing. I found out more ways to use it for. My Dragon Touch tablet only has 16GB of storage but I had purchased a couple 256GB USB flash drives. Now, I have plenty of storage. Yes, I can also use memory cards on my tablet but currently, flash drives are faster and come with higher storage capacity. Not to mention, they're easier to transfer files from one pc to another. I've converted many of my DVDs (movies & documentaries) to MP4 so I could play them on my tablet. It's great when I can hook it up to a TV screen (via HDMI) and watch these videos at my mom's place. Everyone get to watch them and I don't need to carry so many DVDs. May I please add about the tablet's camera feature? It can also be used for live view conversation through Skype as well. As far as games, oh my, so many free ones to play with. I had to limit myself. Otherwise, nothing else would be done. Btw Raven, remember how I told you that the volume is low? Well, I found a case with speakers on eBay. It works great now. In case anyone is interested, below is the link to the hard case. It comes in a few different colors. yes it is definitely the dragon type program and not the tablet that is the problem. Do you know for sure if the one installed is specifically for the version of android on the tablet? Is your dragon touch tablet kitkat 4.4 Android? Make sure the dragon naturally speaking app is the one for that version. Which one of the Dragon apps is he using? I did not realize there were several of them. I was reading the reviews over on the play store and found where a representative had posted this information to someone that was having his app crashing too If you're still having these problems, please contact our customer support so we can help you and get more information: http://www.nuancemobilelife.com/support/usa/engusa/dragon-mobile-assistant and there are other similar apps he might like to try if that doesn't work out

yes when you grab onto the toolbar and start to drag the toolbar does not always follow the mouse but when you get down to where it needs to dock it will usually just jump on down there.

Thanks again RC. I had to use the Fixit tool and let it do it's thing. I've been trying to drag that thing for several days. When I dragged, drug? it, it would stretch the bar, but when it got to half screen it would stop, even if I continued to the bottom. At any rate, the bar is back in position, at the bottom of the screen, just where I like it. You're a treasure.

well good at least it is where it belongs! be sure you do right click on it and check mark to lock it in place so that does not happen again!

Believe me, I locked that puppy as soon as it hit the bottom of the screen. Thanks again RC.
