What would you do??

I have a 6 week old 2008 V4 Honda Accord which has been back to the dealer twice. When driving at night the headlights (and I assume) the tail lights "flicker". This occurs often-maybe every two minutes or so. The first time in they replaced the alternator telling me that Honda had done the trouble shooting and determined this to be the problem. Didn't help. Second time in determined that this isn't actually a problem at all but a "feature" built in by Honda to save gas. The bottom line is they will do nothing. I called Honda Corporate-they don't plan on any recalls-not enough complaints. No service bulletins to dealers-not enough complains. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a safety issue and Im afraid to drive the car at night. Im at my wits end-what to do?? I googled 2008 v4 honda accord headlights and came up with many many people with the same problem and getting the same run around. I am just sick about this and just don't know what to do. The lemon law requires that the car be out of commmission (at the service provider) for 30 straight days-that will never happen since the won't even admit there is a problem. What would you do??
