But there is a super free little windows power toy you can go get from the microsoft power toys site called Image Resizer This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click It is wonderful! you just right click on the picture and select resize and you get a box you can pick sizes from or set up a custom size. Be sure to run your Spyware programs such as SUPERAntiSpyware or Malwarebytes after downloading from that site. McAfee SiteAdvisor says you may get adware or spyware there.

Myself, I usually don't Backup, I use a Spare Hard Drive and Clone my Hard Drive. I usually Clone the Drive once a month so I would never loose too much information. I might do an extra Clone if I would install New Software that I don't want to install again (maybe that would have a Key Code). Cloning Copies Everything, Operating System, Office Packages, All Programs, Key Codes, Registeries, etc... you name it, everything exactly as it was . If your hard drive should fail you only need to swap the drives out and you're on your way, no installing anything. Both Acronis True Image and EaseUS TODO have this capability, if you prefer they can also handle a regular Backups too! It looks like AOMEI Backupper Standard that Verki posted will also Clone your Hard Drive if you decide to go that route.
