Clear the bar groove adn be sure that little bitty oil hole in the bar isn't plugged. I used a Stihl raker gauge that has hooks on one end to scrape the gunk ouit of the the grooves then a blast with an air nozzle usuallyclears that hole. Harry K

you get your books directly to the kindle from the kindle store. Are you trying to move something from your kindle archive on your kindle for pc to your kindle device? if so you can do that with out using any cords you simply need to sync the devices and it will all have the same content. All of the kindle devices MUST have the same user name and account with amazon to share or sync however. Once you have the kindle device on just choose to sync with others in your account and it will move all of your books from your kindle on pc to the kindle device and vice versa. with the kindle for pc up in the top right corner click up there and choose sync to sync it from there. In earlier models you could use a memory card in the kindle but the newer ones do not have the memory card. the whisper sync function is totally wireless and very easy to use. You can also go to your personal library page on your account at amazon kindle and find all of your books listed there from there you can choose any of them to have synced to your devices. You do not want to do it the email way because you will be charged a fee for that

The second of two steps that suzieque posted, regarding removing books from your Kindle: "2) then go to Amazon.com on your computer and find "Manage Your Kindle". That'll show everything you've downloaded. Find the book you want to delete and on the right hand side under "Actions", click delete." I don't have an issue with suzieque's first step in the process, but I personally disagree with this second step. If your goal is to remove the book from your Kindle device to free up space (or for any other reason), all you need to do is step 1. What's the harm in leaving the book in your Kindle items in your Amazon account??? You have one heck of a huge amount of storage space in the Amazon cloud; and should you ever want to read the book again, or check something in it, etc., you can do that as long as it's in your account. Yes, if it's not in your Amazon account you can still download it again as long as Amazon still has it available; but even if it's available it might not be free at that time. An example: a book I downloaded for free in January of last year is Unbillable Hours: A True Story. I thought it was great, and told my husband (who is an attorney) that he should download it to his Kindle, too. But, it was $11.99 when he went to download it, so he passed on that and he read it on my Kindle. I just looked up the book on Amazon, and today the Kindle price is $8.99. This is some advice I was given previously regarding bedside lamps: When you are sitting in bed, the bottom of the shade should be just above your shoulder to create the perfect reading light. You probably already know this, but I am editing to post additional information I was given: Shade height should be about 3/4 the height of the base. Reading lamps need a wider shade to provide plenty of light. Be sure you have 2-3 inch separation from bulb to shade, especially for higher wattage bulbs. Be sure the top opening is wide enough to vent the heat. Compact Fluorescent bulbs are great for most lamps because they burn cooler, but you may need larger harp since CFL's are taller than standard light bulbs. The best way to determine the bottom diameter of the shade for your table lamp is to measure the lamp height from the bottom edge of the table lamp base to the top of the lamp stem, (just below the socket cap) The shade you choose for your lamp should have a bottom diameter that is within 2âÂÂ, plus or minus, the measured height of your lamp. For example if your lamp height (measured from the bottom of the lamp to just below the socket) is 14â tall, the shade you select (depending on your preference for a small, medium, or larger looking shade) should have a bottom diameter of 12âÂÂ, 13âÂÂ, 14âÂÂ, 15â or 16âÂÂ.
