I just chug it down and hope I don't gag........ mine is an off brand like the Centrum but the same size....it's awful

I too have choked on those big vitamin pills. I take about 20 pills a day since my kidney transplant, so I'm now an "expert". But those gigantic vitamins still scare me. I've found somewhat of a solution-take individual vitamins. I take iron and Vitamin D3 only. I eat pretty well, lots of fruit and veggies, so I figure I'm not deficient. Or if I were, my blood gets tested every month so I would know if I need more. Hope this helps.

I take seven or eight supplements a day. I swallow the first four easy and then the Women's Centrum, the magnesium and the vitamin C are sitting on my plate waiting till I struggle to get them down. I like gel covered ones..they slide down.

Try turning your head to the right when you swallow... makes a huge difference. I learned that here at the KT!

The regular Centrum silver are smaller. I switched back, could not see much difference between the women's and for seniors.

I wonder if this is like restaurants thinking they need to give you a huge serving to justify the price?

I hate trying to swallow the fish oil capsules! They go down better when we are in Hawaii -- they get softer in the heat.

when I take those football size pills I am close to my phone to diel 911.They have stuck befor.

I take the adult chewables vitamins, Vitafusion MultiVites. I have enough large pills to take and the fewer I have to choke down the better.

I also use the adult chewable vitamins. I have trouble swallowing pills and the adult chewable vitamins are the only ones I take - no supplements, fish oil, nothing. I'm hoping that my attention to diet and my exercise will keep me healthy.

What part of "Multi" do you not understand?? LOL

Take your BIG pills with a spoonful of applesauce. They'll go right down!
