Awesome, that's probably right teatree. I looked up pics of alworthia (so cool! aloe and haworthia?) and didn't think it was the same at first but scrolled through a couple more pics and can definitely see the resemblance. So I guess it's definitely not suppose to be spilling over then...I thought it was a cascading type like string of pearls or other sedums. Haha..well at least it's still creating offshoots. Looks like it needs a bit more direct light than what it's getting now. Oh well.. Thanks!

Somewhere in my files I have a page saved from an old McCalls Needlecraft mag. That show a lot of different towel bibs. I'll have to dig it out. I wish your site had pictures.

That is really adorable - I hope the parents appreciate what a wonderful gift a handmade piece is. I know my DIL really had no sentimentality about things that others had made for their baby. In our generation that hooded blanket would become an heirloom piece, passed lovingly to others in the family. I hope it does.
