Chelsea looks beautiful.

Does anybody remember Marc's mother, Marjorie Margolies (sp?)? He looks very much like her.

I recently saw a picture of Chelsea and Marc taken when she was only 16. He was really cute! They were just friends then.

In that last picture, the woman in the background on the far right is Hillary. Not sure I like that dress for a mother of the bride.

I think Bill looks a little better here. I agree--he really looks drawn in those other pictures.

I love Chelsea's dress and think the whole family looks gorgeous. Don't know how old Bill and Hil are but I think they look pretty good. Haven't seen a full on view of Hillary's dress, but it looks pretty from what I can see.

Someone on the other thread said Bill should have just "spot-reduced" so he wouldn't look haggard. That's a fallacy that one can lose weight in just one area--it's all or nothing. Does look to me like he did it really quickly with maybe a super-low cal diet or even a liquid fast which will make one look haggard like that. Gradual weight loss is the best.

I wonder why Chelsea asked him to lose 20 pounds for her wedding. I hope it was an attempt to make him healthier, and she simply used the wedding as a convenient excuse.

Or maybe she never asked him at all, and it was something the media fabricated.

Sleeperblues, Bill Clinton will be 64 next month and Hillary will be 63 in October. Being president is sure hard on a person.

The first place you lose weight is your face, which is probably why he looks a little haggard.

Hillary's dress, which I saw full length somewhere, maybe the U.K. newspaper site I looked at, looks like it has a floral bottom which I don't care for.

For the multi-millions they spent they should all look like royalty. Chelsie is not our princess far from it...Mom and Dad would like that but he showed his fortitude and lost it all for his entire family. When you pay this much for a shindig you have friends... I wish her well. I wish her parents would fade off and quit reminding us of what we are at our worst.

I was happy to see Chelsey's dress too. I was wondering what it would look like as she is or hasn't been a foo foo person either...I though traditional but not over the top and that is pretty much the way I would describe her dress. She looks beautiful and I hope it is a true love story for them as in and they lived happily ever after.........

I don't think old Bill looks bad. I think we were used
to seeing him with a little extra weight. I can't
imagine anyone asking him to lose 20 pounds for
this. I would think it happened because of his recent
health concerns. I can't reallly see the Hillary dress.
Even though she is far from my fav. person, I think
this dress looks very promising. I bet it is a very
luxurious fabric. I would like to see it in
a clear close up. I think in this photo, she looks
pretty darned good.

Everyone looks nice, but I agree, she's not America's princess. The media just said that to make a huge deal out of her wedding & give them something to talk about for a month. Thank goodness it's over!

Petaloid, I'll bite. I thought, other than the hair, Hillary was (gasp) pretty on her wedding day. Bill is a handsome man, kind of looked like Elvis Presley to me. Of course the picture and fashion (?) is dated but it's been awhile hasn't it?

Petaloid- my first thought was that they both look stoned. And she looks like she wants to be in charge.

Chelsea favors her mother a lot.

Hilary looks like she's lost a lot of inches since 1975! Either that or she was standing on a step back then. Or Bill's taken to wearing elevator shoes. LOL

Sleeperblues and Petra, I think Arcy was subtly suggesting that the dress is less than attractive, and hinting that she has issues with the Clinton presidency. ;-)

Yes, Chelsea has undergone quite a metamorphosis since she was a teenager in the White House.

Well, I certainly don't blame her one bit, but I do believe there's been a little work done on her, surgically. I noticed it several years ago.

I think she was open about it, or at least it was accepted that she had some work done--mostly on her chin, I believe. She didn't used to have much of a chin. It improved her appearance a lot.

On Chelsea, you mean? I didn't hear about that, but if you do mean Chelsea, it's certainly helped. And I don't blame her, either. She still looks like herself, but much, much prettier.

I do know that Chelsea is dearly loved by both her parents. The photo of the three of them walking, with her in the middle holding both her parents' hands was discussed on an AOL article the other day. Said that she was the glue that held their family together. (This was during all of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, of course.)

Politically speaking, or not, I wish them well. Thought her dress was really pretty. Her? Not so much, but she seems to be a well-accomplished, kind and down to earth young woman. Of course, I wondered about the 3-4 million dollar wedding!? LOL

Bill doesn't look too good - Chelsea's dress is lovely - I still think she is a bit homely. I wonder how her marriage will stand the test of time...

I just read that Chelsea changed into another dress for the reception. After paying whatever large amount that has been quoted but unsubstantiated for her wedding dress, I should think she would want to wear it for more than a few hours.

It's their money and isn't coming from the taxpayers, so whay in a flying fig does anyone care how much they spend? More power to them if they absolutely adore their daughter and want to give her a beautiful and expensive wedding. And money does not = being a princess. I've seen money spent by people who have it but have absolutely no class. At least Chelsea Clinton appears to have brains, common sense, a good work ethic and good manners.
