I believe Debbie Rowe, a white woman, was the older two kids mother. She worked with his plastic surgeon. Blanket, I believ was a different mother, but who knows anything for sure with his craziness. I must say he was strange, but those children seem to be very well behaved and well centered.

I have no idea on the parentage -but his daughter Paris is beautiful!

I'm not interested in the race of his children. Yes Paris is beautiful. And it seems their Grandmother is taking excellent care of them.

I think they are considered bi-racial not Caucasian.......

Yes, I believe they are bi-racial, they are just very light skinned. I have friends who are married with three children. He is african american and she is white. Two of the three children are very light skinned, one almost looks Native. You just never know what you're going to get with genetics.

This site says "Blanket's" mother was a Mexican woman by the name of Helena:

Quoted from the above link re Blanket's mother:

However, as an unnamed egg donor was used, 'Blanket' - who was born on February 21 2002 at a San Diego hospital - wouldn't have inherited any of her physical attributes.

I don't quite understand what they're trying to say! They named her ...Helena...., therefore she was not 'unnamed', and wouldn't the son inherit some of her physical attributes?

I interpret that as Helena was a surrogate, and the egg donor (unnamed) is someone else.

Whew! You're right sushipup. Makes sense now.

Thinking of JemDandy's post about genetics, I remember as a teenager, good friends of ours were both dark haired with brown eyes. Their latest child was a blue-eyed blonde. Back in the lineage of one of them, was a blonde.

According to the "genetics" I was taught in high school biology, two blue eyed people cannot produce a brown eyed child. Brown is dominant, blue recessive. So all blue-eyed people carry only the recessive (blue eye) genes. Anyhow, I have a cousin whose parents both have blue eyes, yet he has brown. Impossible, per my Bio class. Yet it definitely happened, which means genetics is not so simple after all!

Boy, this is getting confusing. Nothing is simple nowadays.

I have blue eyes, as did all my family (both sides) - Great Grandfather was Cherokee and had dark brown eyes (I assume).

My childrens' father has blue eyes, as did all HIS family (as far as we know, on both sides) - we have three biological sons - 1 with green eyes, 1 with very blue eyes and 1 has hazel eyes.

Go figure!

I was informed that my kids' Grandmother had green eyes (their Dad's Mother) - sorry - I didn't remember that, but when my Son corrected me, I did remember!

I don't believe that those children are bi-racial at all. There's been much speculation about the father (and mother) but I don't think there's one drop of Jackson blood in the kids.

Two blue eyed people can have a brown eyed child, because genes can change. Here's a pretty simple little explanation.

Jen, that was a VERY interesting and informative link - THANKS!

I suspect Michael Jackson's kids are not biologically his.

That article is interesting. My middle child inherited a lot of recessive genes including red hair and a cleft chin. I'm not redheaded and neither is my dh. Dh and I both have a readheaded parent. The cleft chin was more of a surprise. Apperntly, my maternal grandfather had a left chin although my mother and I do not. No one in dh's family has the cleft.

That's good to know. I'd be sad to think that our family friends were not as committed to one another as I'd always believed. 2 dark-haired brown eyes, with 1 blonde, blue-eyed child. (the others are dark).

If there was ever a reason to tease a sibling about being adopted though..........!

Here is wht I found out. He is not any of the childrens biological father

I have no idea nor do I care whether he was their biological father, but please note that that web site is titled "Hollywood Gossip" ... emphasis on "gossip". Just because it says it doesn't mean it's true.

I agree with rhizo. I don't think there is a single drop of Jackson blood in any of those kids.

With all of that money around, and the money train stopping, the rest of that Jackson bunch would have been screaming foul, to get the kid's inheritance. They don't take well to working. There have been more stories about his weirdness than most anyone, but I have not seen anything that proves one way or the other about him being unable to father children, as germaphobic as he was, it would make sense that it was artificial insemination.

I've never believed they were biologically Michael Jackson's and I think that's a big point in the kids' favor. Personally, I think after the payouts on the other kids he used he found it cheaper to buy adopt some instead.

Gosh, I had no idea that the Hollywood Gossip had been able to obtain DNA samples without anyone knowing about it, and that they could categorically state these kids were not Michaels'. What a crock of cr@p. Tabloid mentalities think alike. And how damaging to a child to have people suggest their father isn't really their father.

What exactly makes a "dad"? In my book it's not the sperm donor, but the man who raises the kids. Who cares who donated sperm and eggs. What makes Micheal their "dad" in my opinion is that he raised the kids, and frankly I don't care if the kids are black, white or green.

Tally - I agree 100%.

I also agree. We are what we are regardless and all should be treated with kindness.
