More prayers needed please

I'm asking again for prayers for my DS.He goes into the hospital tomorrow and is scheduled for a surgery Monday to place a filter in his artery.This will prevent another blood clot from going to his lungs should he get a clot after the other surgery he is having on Wed.

He will have surgery Wed. to remove the lymph node in his abdomen that is enlarged.This is a major surgery as it involves moving around some organs and intestine to get to it and the node is close to the spine and other vital organs.We don't know if the lymph node is cancerous and won't know until it is removed.He will be in the hospital for a week after the surgery Wed.,if all goes well,and it will take 4 to 6 weeks for him to fully recuperate.This is going to be a very stressful time for all of us so all prayers and good thoughts will be greatly appreciated.TIA

We just had to contend with closed roads around here due to flash floods. But elsewhere in Wisconsin, there are some wild water works going on. In Wisconsin Dells, a big tourist town in Wisconsin, a manmade lake drained completely! The lake was 245 acres in size. It drained into the Wisconsin River in about 2 hours. I wish my bathtub drained that fast! It took out a highway to get to the river and pulled along some sizable houses. Below is a video of some of the houses going into the water. Another town of 625 people in Wisconsin - Gay Mills - is seriously thinking of calling it quits. They just rebuilt from flooding that occurred last year and now they are up to their armpits in water again. Thanks for all the prayers.They are working!They flew him to Lubbock this afternoon.He does have an obstruction but it isn't as bad as the thought it might be.It is only a partial one and they will do Laparoscopic surgery tomorrow afternoon and fix it.Mom has known the doctor that is doing it for a long time and has complete trust in her so she is feeling better about everything.I'll keep everyone updated.

I know someone who had the artery filter put in and it worked very well for him.

I feel sure that all will go smoothly with that procedure on Monday, and with the main surgery Wednesday.

Thank you all! I know how powerful KT prayers are! He is really stressed and scared about the big surgery.
You don't know how much it means to me to have a group of people that I have never met sending up prayers.I love all of you!
