Cross your fingers, toes, eyes, sprinkle fairy dust, house-elf dust, *whatever you've got* - we just had a showing and on the way out the Realtor said they were interested and were planning a full price offer - WOOOOHOOOOO!

Now I know that words are just that - nothing counts unless it's in writing - but this is the first real bit of positivity we've had in the 2 1/2 years we've been trying to sell.

I'll keep ya'll posted, but keep us in your prayers pls!

Thanks all! There will be plenty of food in the vehicle as I am bringing food for a potluck, extra desserts and I also bought some food at Costco that my sister wanted. The forecast says this storm will be over tomorrow and we'll take it slow, there's no rush.

APRIL!!! Where have you been girl? Toes , fingers and anything else I've got is crossed for ya. I hope this is it. Wish ours would sell before the bank takes it. I heard that Florida's economy is starting to turn, but you couldn't prove it by our P&L statement.

And MARION! I've been playing ostrich, as usual lol, and sticking my head in the sand :-P . But I'm emerging, and trying to get back into the swing of things :-)

Crossing my fingers as well for all of you who are trying to sell too - as I tell myself over and over "it will happen when it's meant to happen and no amount of worrying will rush it!"
