Ahh hain't et yet! I am not hungry. I fixed a taco beef noodle casserole and a sweet corn casserole and we took it to Amber's today for a late lunch. Her knee is really bothering her and we helped for awhile with the dogs and Alyssa. So I don't have a clue what I will eat. I am headed out with Izzi on my big rig and going to take trash bags to the can and then take a cruise around here.

Panera Bread: soup and sandwich

chicken and wild rice soup: was ok, but I'm a wild rice lover and didn't get much wild rice taste. Soup was too thick

sandwich: turkey, smoked gouda YUMMY and bacon on their delicious rye, with Kraft olive oil mayo

Reuben mini meatloaves, baked potato, and corn. It finally cooled down enough today to use the oven.

I made some meatballs, and spiced them up with sesame oil, srirachi hot chili sauce and garlic. Cooked in a bit of chicken broth with more hot stuff. Stir-fried some veggies and rice on the side.

Made my orange-ice cream pie for dessert.

I made buttertarts about an hour ago and now I am just chopping up crisp salad veggies to make a shrimp macaroni salad with lime juice and olive oil.

I don't know what it is about peeling the shells off of the shrimp I have just boiled but I love doing it.

Too hot. Ate a tossed salad around 2pm, a handful of chips around 6pm. and some canned pears a few minutes ago. I wanted to go get ice cream, but took my shoes back off and said the heck with it, too hot out there and don't need the calories anyway. I've been drinking lots of lemon water, suppose that might be curbing my appetite as well.

Jasdip and patti......I had gotten the recipe from Allrecipes the day before luckygrdnr posted it and decided to have it for dinner tonight. I thought it was just okay. I have a marinade for beef that I like much better. Of course, then it wouldn't be Yakitori. I wouldn't make it again. That pie looks scrumptious.
