I once wore different colored shoes to work. Same design but different colors. Of course, my students noticed!

I went back to college as an adult, but I was giggling like a teenager when I noticed my algebra instructor has her skirt on inside out. To this day I do not understand how she zipped it.

When I worked I would always do a mental inventory of what I was wearing to be sure I was fully dressed.

Oh, yikes. My mirror at my vanity is large and clear enough I'm not likely to forget much above the waist. I did get home being out one day and took off a freshly washed black jacket, had a clean black sock fall to the floor, somehow I'd worn that downtown. And I never did find the mate, if anyone comes across a clean black Ralph Lauren sock, single, anyplace - please let me know.

My goofs seem to involve my feet, not teeth :) I can't tell you how many times I've been halfway finished at the grocery store, looked down and found myself in my horrible scarred up ancient gardening clogs that I'd probably slipped into to take out the garbage or pick up the mail.

And we'd spent a weekend in Portland one year where I'd run errands with my SIL all afternoon, gone to a couple of rather upscale stores, a bakery where she had run into a business associate, out to lunch. I was wearing a knit jacket and matching pants, my comfortable Brooks tennis shoes for a long day. Only when I finally got to our hotel and undressed for bed, noticed one white/yellow shoe, one white/blue shoe. The matching pair were a whole state away in my closet....

Eons ago, went to the washroom at work, hiked up the skirt, pulled down the panties...only to realize that they were the bottoms of my baby-doll pyjamas.

I was horrified because my mom always said "always wear clean underwear, 'cause ya never know...." but she never said anything about pj bottoms!

I am sure I wore rwo different shoes to work too. I still have most of my teeth so I dont have that problem. My cell Phone I have forgotten lots of time. It doesn't bother me though because I very seldom use it. Except the day I had to walk two miles because I was stuck in a snowbank. I have gone to work lots of time with my shirt on backwards or inside out too. When we had mismatched socks on when we were still at home we always said"I have a pair just like them at home. This thread is hilarious. Please everybody add more to it

I guess we've all had "one of those" days. But, OMGosh, I couldn't believe I'd forgotten my teeth! It's the last thing I do before I run out the door.
I dry and fix my hair, brush what teeth I have, put the purchased ones in, say good bye to the dog, gather my things and out the door. No idea how I missed a step. When I got home, I realized I'd not turned the coffee pot off either. I really need to get one that shuts itself off, cuz this wasn't the first time.
This in no way compares to my very bad horrible no good day I had on Friday, April 5, 2005 or so....that one just didn't quit from the time I got up in the morning and stepped in cat puke, until I went to bed.

What a great thread! One morning I got dressed for work, then walked out the front door before realizing I was still wearing my fuzzy bedroom slippers. I breathed a giant sigh of relief that I had noticed it BEFORE I drove to work.

Last winter when I got home from my volunteer shift at the hospital and was changing out of my "good" clothes, I realized that instead of wearing gray slacks I had worn gray sweats. I don't think anyone noticed. I was sharing this with my pastor friend and she said she wore 2 different colored shoes (same style) all day until an evening meeting where someone pointed it out to her.
