I actually, so far, don't know. We will have mashed yams but beyond that my imagination and desire for cooking has left me.

We are having Tilapia also. Going to bake it and will also have rice, corn and probably eggplant done some way since my friend brought us some from her garden yesterday.

We are having baby back ribs, cole slaw, baked beans and I'm trying a new potato salad recipe. It will be interesting to see how it goes over. Just some ice cream for dessert.

I wasn't very hungry so just had a chicken sandwich.

Neither of us were very hungry tonite for some reason.
He had a ham, tomato, cheese, lettuce and cucumber sandwich with some potato chips.

I had a toasted western with tomato slices on it.

we had baked potatoes filled with creamed tuna and cheese...and they were huge...dh just asked if i wanted dessert, said no thanks! we don't eat them very often (potassium, no no)

Susanjf, I've never had filled potatoes, but they sure sound good.

I'm having fried oysters, rice and cabbage (raw). Maria ate the leftover chicken and Spanish rice....which isn't really Spanish. lol.
