When I make a blueberry pie, this is the recipe I use. Once the family knows it's made, it lasts about 15 minutes.

Manitoba Blueberry Pie

1 baked pie shell
1 cup blueberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp butter
3 cups chilled raw blueberries (you need 4 cups of berries altogether)

Boil 1 cup of the berries, water and the sugar in a large saucepan. Thicken with the cornstarch. Remove this from the heat and add the butter. Let the butter melt then add the 3 cups of blueberries and pour into the baked pie shell & chill. Top with whipped cream & enjoy.

I love to make a cobbler out of blueberries, this is the recipe:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 stick butter
about 4 cups fresh blueberries sweetened

I wash and sweeten the berries, set aside, they mix every thing else, pour into 9 x 13 pan, put berries on top, bake in 350 degree preheated oven until light golden brown.
Great with whipped cream.

I use a recipe very similar to smilin54. That is a delicious recipe with just a portion of the blueberries cooked into the syrup and then the fresh blueberries folded in.

I also have a cobbler type recipe that I found on the internet that is delicious and easy:

 Blueberry Crisp
 4 cups fresh blueberries
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 3/4 cup white sugar
 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place the blueberries into an 8 inch square baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the mayonnaise until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the berries.
3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is lightly browned.

Serve with ice cream, cream or whipped cream.
