Yes Glenda, I wake up most mornings not rested.

I'm not a good sleeper. Last night I was awake at 2:30 and I haven't been to sleep since. Betcha' it'll be an early evening for me.

I always wake up feeling worse than I did before I went to bed. Don't know why.

I'm up and down all night glad I dont have to get up and go out but would probably br bettrr off if I did
hate my bed but cant replace it now I have a rocker in there and usually sit and crochet or watch tv until I fall asleep then crawl in. Cant sleep in the total dark either . I used to sleep on the couch (for years) but got out of the habit nice and firm.

Glenda, not just plain ole tired, but exhausted as well. Some days it is a real drag to go to work.

I thought I was the only one who sounded like all of the above. I used to be able to sleep in a double bed and not even mess the blankets up on the other side. Now its a different story. Lots of nights Im up watching tv or just laying awake.

I wake up feeling like I've been hit by a truck.

I almost always wake up tired... I feel my best later in the evenings.

Good for you! I woke up around midnight with a stomach virus that lasted until 3 a.m. Went back to sleep and at 6 it started in again. Very weak today and, as my grandmother would say, spent.

I don't think I ever get a full night sleep so I usually wake up tired. I can get to sleep with a OTC sleeping pill but a couple of hours later I wake up and can't get back to sleep.
All of you good sleepers are very fortunate.

Every now and then, maybe once a month or so I go to bed, I feel great, but I just can't get to sleep. First, 1:00, then 2:00 then 3:00 o'clock and I'm still wide awake. I might add, it never happens when I can sleep in the next morning. Usually it's when I have a 7:30 T-time or some such thing. Needless to say, my game is usually not too hot that day!

For the most part I wake up every morning about 7:00-7:30 bright eyed and bushy tailed....but I run down early. Usually fall alseep in the evening for about a half hour then stay up until at least midnight

When I hit my pillow I am out. I wake up feeling refreshed. I usually take an afternoon nap because I get sleepy.
