Spaghetti and meatballs (homemade gravy) with a salad and garlic toast. How about you?

Chicken breast with wild rice stuffing, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and a garden salad.

Pasta, left over veggies, and a piece of chicken I had previously grilled on GF, and then frozen.

Lots of my food had defrosted partially, and had to be cooked right away after my move.

Still have more of the same to eat the next few days.

Scalloped potatoes, slice of homemade bread......all low carb, of course. I tend to have strange meals when I'm alone!

We had a pre-Bon Jovi concert dinner and dined al fresco on 7th Avenue in NYC. Even though I placed the order in Italian, I don't recall how to say it. In English it was cavatelli with lamb ragu & peas. It was quite tasty, but even better was the sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and basil we shared beforehand. Shared hazelnut chocolate cake for dessert.

Hubby cooked seasoned pork chops in the slow cooker, with a pkg of pork gravy mixed in, and potatoes. We had it with bread & butter, and then an ice cream drumstick for dessert.

We got a 4 meat pizza from Papa Murphy's and also got a cinnamon pizza thingy with a cream cheese spread for the top. YUMMY!!!

We had roast beef, potatoes, squash, sliced tomatoes, yeast rolls and iced tea.

Stir-fried pork with carrots, onions, broccoli and cauliflower and a few cherry tomatoes thrown in at the last minute. It was delish.

Spaghetti and garlic bread..yummm.

I had warmed up pizza left over from the night before when I picked up an Old Chicago Pizza.

I spent a DAY on jury duty and I came home so exhausted and starving, that we went for Mexican food. I had a big plate of nachos and some tortillas and a bowl of hot sauce. Then we topped it off w/ sopapillas w/ honey and butter. Comfort food if you're in Texas!!

Vannie, my oldest son has jury duty later this month. He's kind of looking forward to it since they've touched on business law in some of his classes. I better tell him about going for Mexican food afterwards to build himself back up! Did you go to Mercado's?

Since DH is out of town, I just had a bowl of Multi-Grain Cheerios with a few blueberries added in. One bowl, one spoon. Easy!

I came home from work tired didn't feel like cooking so I
had cereal with skim milk and my dessert was ice cream.

I cooked for the first time in a week. LOL! Had Salmon Patties, Yams, Black Eyed Peas, Cucumber Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette and Cornbread.

I had an Italian Sub. Only reason I remember it is cause I just at the other half for lunch!

We had BLT's. Our homegrown tomatoes are sooooo good, I want to eat all I can before they are gone.

Hubby was sick last night, so he had some noodle soup, and I had a left over salad from the day before. Not very appetizing!!

Freshly picked from our garden zucchini, roasted with red peppers and onions. The veggies were a topping for breaded chicken breast and eggplant, with fresh mozzarella cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, served on a hard roll. The accompaniment was a freshly picked Romaine salad with slivered parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing...yum!

Green salad,Teriyaki Chicken, rice,mixed veggies,roll with butter and a small dish of ice cream at the restaurant my Red Hat group met at for Bunco.

Big shells pasta with tomato sauce. And garlic bread. I had salad for lunch so skipped that.
