When I was young the old folks use to call it the gospel bird because you always cooked on Sundays and if you were lucky the preacher and his family would come to eat with you.

I enjoy chicken cooked all ways..just depends on my cravings.

I always remember learning to cook fried chicken and good ol' cream gravy from my sweet Mama. Also remember picking out the liver, gizard and heart so they would cook just right. :)

I love it slowly fried the best but pretty much eat every way under the sky. We grill chicken in the summer, bake it in the winter and treat ourselves to KFC about 3 times a year.

Sandwich...Baked chicken in a bun with lots of mayo.

I love chicken deep fried, but it's been a long time since I fixed it. If we have take-out..it has to be Popeye's (KFC is just too greasy)!

But, my all time favorite way is HOT WINGS and I fix these several times a year!

Deep fried chicken strips and livers - then, dipped in ranch dressing or on a bun - YUMMMM!

Marinated in buttermilk and Louisiana Hot Sauce, dipped in flour and deep fried! DHs absolute favourite meal of all time!

Fried of course. Do they do it any other way?????

Fried or BBQed. Also like it oven roasted where the skin gets crispy. Love the skin. Bad me! LOL

I like fried and chicken and noodles equally. Did you have fried chicken last night, Sue?

I am not a big chicken fan. But I like chicken livers and I like chicken wings. Just the wing part. Not the "drum stick" part of the wing. Mainly because there is a piece of skin that is crispy...I love that part. Otherwise, I will take chicken salad. But...the skin is the best part for me. And of course, the worst part for me too.

Yes, we did have fried chicken last night and mashed potatoes and gravy with it and other stuff, like biscuits! How bad is that!

I like it so many ways but I'll go with Beer Can Chicken (roasted upright on a beer can on the grill). Mainly because I like left-over chicken pulled off the carcass for other recipes. I just made chicken fried rice the other day and will make Chicken Chow Mein in my crock pot tomorrow. I can think of a dozen others too!

I love fried chicken but will only have it a couple of times a year. Other than that, grilled or baked, skinless and boneless breasts only and we do have this all the time.

Fried? With everything attached and any piece is good ;)

Brunswick stew.
I like chicken chili.
I love a chicken philly.

Good ole fashioned chicken salad: mayo, finely chopped celery and onion.

Of course, fried!

I love fried chicken, and I am surprised that so few restaurants serve it any more. One of our favorite family restaurants when I was a kid was Murphy's Original Restaurant, and they served family style fried chicken and corn fritters. YUM!!! Love KFC too. Also love honey mustard chicken.

Not a big fan of chicken.

Chicken Cacciatore or BBQed would be my favorite way I guess.

I enjoy grilled chicken clubhouse sandwiches with bacon and avocado sometimes.

Chicken in Chinese dishes like Chinese Chicken Salad or Dried String Bean Chicken are good.

Fried chicken - eat with my fingers, Is there another way?

For left over chicken, sprinkle on a little black pepper, and wrap a slice of bread around a piece and viola, quick snack with no fuss and no dishes. Just don't try to bite throuh the bone. When finished, discard the bone.

I love the way DH cooks chicken....we have an open pit Santa Maria style BBQ and he uses red oak coals. It is cooked slowly and basted with butter and beer. It is cut up and marinated in olive oil and lots of fresh garlic and parsley before going on the grill.

Fried chicken, altho I have to really be in the mood to eat it at KFC or Popeyes or other take out. Just no where as good as home fried. I also like chicken and dumplings...chicken and dressing...just about anyway you fix chicken, I like it.

Beer Can Chicken with Jerk seasoning.

I eat chicken either with a fork or with my fingers. It's alllll good.
