1. Do you drive the speed limit or drive to keep up with the flow of traffic? Depending on the circumstances, it can be either. There's a spot I go thru on my way to work that's a known speed trap (speed drops to 50 for a short distance). I drive 50 or 55 thru there regardless of the traffic.

I try to keep up with the flow of traffic while maintaining the speed limit as closely as possible.

Only if I'm due to be in a meeting. My boss knows I'll get there when I get there; and that I never hesitate to stay past my official quitting time if there is stuff to be done or an end user who needs help.

Absolutely. I've been a licensed driver for 43 years, and I've had two speeding tickets. One was sort of legit, and the other was bogus. If I ever get another ticket I want it to be legit, and I wouldn't want to pay extra (fines are doubled in a construction zone), so I definitely pay attention. I always slow down in construction zones...
