I must be blind...eBay help please

I'm trying to fill out a mock listing for an eBay auction just to get comfortable with it again. I haven't sold in a while and a friend is wanting me to help him sell some items. DH and I have looked until we're crosseyed and cannot find where to put in a reserve price in the listing. It's making me crazy. I've clicked every option on the listing form and come up empty handed. Can someone take me by the hand and guide me please. Ackkkkkkk!

From the actual auction page....

No Reserve price set for this item.
Change

Quantity

***Under the Buy It Now Price, it will say "No Reserve Price Set for this Auction" and a clickable 'Change' beside it.
If you click on that you'll be able to set your Reserve.

Sometimes I wish they would just leave the listing format alone, it would be alot easier on old people like me.

Thanks so much Suzan. I FINALLY got the correct sell form to come up that had the Reserve Price option. I thought I was going bonkers for a while there. So did DH. Don't know why on all of their sell forms, simple or custom, that they don't just have the Buy It Now.... Starting Price... and Reserve Price in plain site. I know they don't recommend you use a reserve, they say it frightens off prospective buyers. But, hey, sometimes you just have to use it in order to get a good night's sleep, ya know. LOL Again, thanks!

Dear runner19, I had preference drop in 46" cooktop before Hurricane Ike. I liked it. Now I have to choose appliances again. I wanted to go with pro style rangetop look and advantage of burners. I narrowed my choice to Wolf 36" and Dacor 36" Epicure. I did not like the industrial look of Viking very much. However, I have to have downdraft and Wolf does not recommend it. So I just ordered EG366SCH (Epicure 36" chrome finish). I don't have any expereince yet. The difference between EG and ESG is not much in looks. Only thing I think is that that EG has light when stove is on, also one burner is more powerful. I like Dacor look very much. But went with Electrolux double wall oven, warming drawer, dishwasher and refrigerator for saving some money and basically got fed up with decisions. I use cooktop more than ovens, so I am looking forward to it. I am actually looking forward to being able to get back in my house at this point :-(

This flashing must be wrong; please help, soon!

A simple solution would be to leave the existing flashing in place, pull the fasteners on the bottom nailing flange and up the jamb(sides) nailing fins in order to slip the felt under the bottom flange. Run the feltover the nailing fins on the jamb (sides) and header (top), keeping it about an inch fron the window and run new flashing up the sides and over the top.As kellyeng stated, the felt should coincide with the flashing install. Since yours isn't,this is a simple solution without too much trouble involving completely removing all, which isn't necessary.imo.You are dealing with moisture/condensation issues, not actual physical running water which makes it important for all laps to let that moisture run down without intrusion.Pulling the windows loose at the sides and bottom also allows to run a bead of caulking under the fin as worthy stated, which is just a little extra insurance and helps with lessening air infiltration.A correct felt/flashing install can be done caulk free, but throwing a bead in there cant hurt.

Hi francoise47.. I have some photos.. I need to upload them.. the sink is sitting on the new cabinet base and has been my worst issue in building this kitchen. It sits higher then the cabinet, so they have to trim the cabinet to lower it 3/4 of an inch so the marble can fit properly on top. They told me the reason is these sinks are handmade and vary in size.. Also the cabinet came from the factory so it is square and doesnt have the curve I expected to fit it into so you can stick 2 fingers on the lower right and left of the sink.. sooo annoyed.. my cabinet people keep telling me that is a standard application for this sink to be placed on a square cabinet and then the worst part is when they were trimming the sides of the cabinet they did a butcher job.. uneven!!! and too much trimmed off!!!.. so I am waiting to see how they remedy it this week.. if I get a chance I will upload the photos

Hey, there. I'm up in Cecil Co., MD and also getting replacement windows and sliding doors. I had wanted Marvins but the quote for the windows and doors also was phenomenal. So I'll be going with the Anderson 400 Woodrights instead (30% less). I've searched around and have found few complaints about them. My contractor has built custom homes with them for several years and hasn't had complaints, either. Actually, my 20+ yr old Andersen windows don't leak either. At least with vinyl exterior, I also won't have to worry about the salt water warranty exclusion of Marvin (and Jen-Weld and probably other aluminum frame windows). I'm near the Bohemia River and the water is practically fresh-but when I emailed Marvin about the exclusion applying to my area, I didn't get a direct yes or no answer.

Yes I do know, if you are listing something for 99 cents it doesn't matter, but if it's a big ticket item it's the only way to ensure you're going to get a decent price.
I really thought Ebay had done away with Reserve Pricing with all their changes, and I thought now that's really dumb. I don't sell anymore, but I know I used Reserve bidding a few times when I sold regularly.
