Sometimes I enjoy crunchy, other times, smooth.

Glenda, have you ever tried almond butter? It is delicious and I don't buy to often but I eat that by the spoon.

Are you saying you like all brands of peanut butter?

I like all brands, but I usually reach for Skippy Super Chunk unless another is on sale.

I have to avoid peanut butter now days and almond butter has fewer 'no-no's" in my diet. The fats are better as well as less salt, but I LOVE peanut butter..

Any peanut butter that doesn't have additives in it, such as sugar. I've made my own peanut butter in a blender---just lightly salted peanuts & a drop or two of peanut oil.

Peter Pan is my favorite!!

I've also tried PB2 which is powdered peanut butter. Literally just nuts and maybe salt. You mix a tbsp with water and stir. The taste isn't fabulous, but it's about 75% less fat then the regular jar stuff, so I try and use it once in a while.

We too make our own: plain old lightly salted peanuts, ground up. No oils, no sugars. Just peanuts. And it's delish!

My favorite has always been Peter Pan smooth PB. I love it on waffles and pancakes!

I buy Jif (not Jiffy), or Peter Pan. I'll wait till one or the other comes onsale, it lasts a long time.

I tried a Kroger's brand, because of the price difference, but not again. Over the years I have tried all kinds, but will stick with Jif creamy. For the first time in my life I am eating it with a butter knife, but no more than a couple of tablespoons a day, if that much. To many calories.

Skippy to me is the best peanut butter. I like the smooth, hubs like the super crunchy.

I'll go to Fresh Market and grind almond butter, but it sure is expensive.

Sunshines: re the Smuckers organic. After opened and stirred, I refrigerate the rest. I have a small container that I put some in to keep out so it will be easily spreadable.

Smuckers or other real, natural peanut butter. Natural as in the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. I don't understand how some of the major brands can say "natural" on their label when the peanut butter contains sugar and/or palm oils, etc. I love real peanut butter!

We like Jif creamy the best.

I, too, wish the major brands would stop putting sugar in everything. I love peanut butter when it has no sugar or little sugar, so I rarely if ever buy Jif, Skippy, etc. But the alternatives are so expensive that I rarely buy them, either. Why does it cost so much to NOT put something in???

Crunchy Kraft. But smooth for PB cookies.

I can't eat peanut butter because of a peanut sensitivity but I sure do crave it. I miss having peanut butter toast soldiers dipped into my tea.

I just found a good substitute in sunflower seed butter - same mouth feel and texture with crunchy bits of sunflower seeds. I tried almond butter but found it too gritty for me.

I used to love York or Skippy peanut butter. I don't think they make York peanut butter anymore.
