We are having chicken & cheese quesadillas and a salad on the side. I am using leftover grilled chicken from last night that has Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning, so it is rather spicy.

Hit and miss showers all day long. Nother one on it's way.

Golden Corral, but nothing suited my taste buds, so I munched on their corn pudding. Excellent but was sweet enough for a dessert.

Split pea soup. Yum!
Chicken 'n' biscuits. Yum!
Chicken and cheese quesadillas. Yum!
Those all sound soooo good!

I'm having dinner with a friend, so I'm pretty sure I'll go for the soup and sandwich combo. Tortilla soup and a turkey club.

no idea yet, I don't feel like cooking. I have allergies that have turned into a sinus infection and a bronchial infection so just not feeling up to much today.
Delivery sounds very good right now.

I have been running all day and will be leaving in a bit to run again. Will grab a sandwich from the fridge. Lunch was nice and filling. We gals ate at the Pizza Shack, very good salad, a piece of pizza and spaghetti with marinara sauce with mushrooms and iced tea. Going now to help daughter Terri with setting up her rummage for tomorrow, have things baking in the oven to take tomorrow for our meal. Beautiful day here too in central Indiana.

Pam: Mmmm, chicken and biscuits sounds like a real treat. Problem would be for me is that I'd pile butter on the biscuits.

Orchid: I'd have to have milk to drink with the spicy stuff. Yours sounds like a good meal. What do you drink to help soothe your mouth?

Glenda: Are you not feeling well? Or just nothing sounded good. I'd have to have a hamburger patty to go with the corn pudding.

After work beach for Happy Hour. Fried ham.

I'm having a chicken soft taco right now, made with on-sale Kroger roasted chicken, cheddar cheese, spring mix greens, avocado (also on sale at Kroger), with mild salsa. Can't handle the spicy stuff anymore. I was afraid the avocado would be rotten so I got one that was still slightly green. All the others were black and mushy.

Left over chicken enchilada from last night, cottage cheese, dish of ice cream.

I've been soaking a cedar plank for grilling some salmon....the coals are heating up right now. The coleslaw is chilling and I'm going to steam some green beans, too.

Rhizo, they had a huge slab of wide caught salmon at Kroger (frozen), wanted to get it but it wouldn't fit in my little freezer.

Old Fixer: I'll take a slice of your fried ham and put it on one of Pam's biscuits.

Kathsgrdn: That sounds like a good tasting and filling taco.

Phyllis: Leftovers are one of my favorite meals. Paring yours up with cc and ice cream makes a good meal.
