I've never had one. What will be will be.

I believe the same as Joann - I take life as it comes. It's been proven I can't change much about 'what will be'.

Okay. Is there anything you want to do that you haven't done?

I don't remember a 'bucket list', but in 1949, (I think) when Alaska was becoming a state, I know I desperatly wanted to go there and see this 'last frontier'. My mother saved little of my school stuff, but had saved the report that I did on Alaska and finding it sort of recaptured that long forgotten dream. Two years ago my DH and I did a 47 day trip in our Winnebago thru British Columbia, the Yukon...crossed over the Yukon River on a ferry boat and then over the "Top of the World" and into Alaska. It was every bit as wonderful as I had hoped it would be, and doing it in our motorhome was much more kind to these old bones than the vision I had as a kid.

And, as I sit here in a remote part of Eastern Oregon, seeing new territory and snow capped mountains and just a tiny bit more of this facinating country of ours, I don't think I have seen enough of it yet.

Other than that I have finished my bucket list.

I still want to see New Orleans and Colorado and take an Alaskan cruise.

I've already done far more than any Bucket List I could have possibly come up with when I was a kid stuck in a family where adventure meant going out to dinner on Friday night.

I almost checked off one item from my adult Bucket List but the big uprising in Egypt this year squashed those plans for a while.

The only thing I really want to do is see Mt. Rushmore and vist the Badlands. I love seeing the pictures of that area.

I have ridden horses--you really need to do that. I love to smell horses. Just get one that's old and not to broad around the saddle area, IYKWIM!

Well I may be too old, and am slim in the saddle area! Oh....you were talking about the horse! LOL

I really want to try sky diving. I'd also like to see much more of the U.S. I haven't done nearly enough of that.

I want to walk Augusta National. I put in for lottery tickets for next year. I think I should have told them it was on my "Bucket List". Maybe they would feel sorry for me. LOL

I want to go to Ireland and Alaska. Would like to see the Grand Canyon. I want to see it snowing on the beach. Wish I had the nerve to learn how to drive a motorcycle, right now I'm just a passenger. I wish I knew how to play the piano. I want to rent a huge house in somewhere like The Outerbanks and have just my 5 siblings and their spouses come and we all spent a week together. Then the second week have all our kids and grandkids come.

I have a list. I don't look at it or think about it much though.

There are so many things to see and do in the world and I'd like to do a few more while I'm still able to. I know I have on my list to go to every state in the U.S. and I'd like to go to China and Vietnam.

I also have learning to sail well enough to charter a boat with my DH. We sail now but on smaller lakes in smaller sailboats that don't have motors.

Those are the only things I can remember from my list.

I want to go zip lining, not a touristy crowded venue, something pretty and more remote.

Serve on a jury

Take part in a protest

Walk on a glacier

Be a Big Sister (mentor)

Most of the things I want to do have to do with seeing the world. I used to want to jump out of a plane, not anymore. I also wanted to ride in a hot air balloon, not anymore. Now I just want to see as many places that I can, some I've been to and others I haven't.

I have a pail list, things that I can do within 3 hours from home. I'm amazed at a lot of local things that I haven't seen or done.

To have one dance with John Travolta.

I've never had a list.

I've never been a traveler, so going places isn't something that I think about.

As for anything I want to do that I haven't done...I've sailed, ridden horses, hiked, walked beaches, loved my family, enjoyed the rain, sun, wind, snow, trees in the wind, birds, wild animals and I've grown my garden, which are all things that I've always wanted to do, and I'd just like more of the same, please. LOL

Ride in a helicopter. I know there's a helicopter sightseeing ride somewhere around Niagara Falls, not sure if it's's on the US or Canadian side.

Audrey, I am amazed that you still have the list from when you were 16. Actually, at that age I never thought in terms of a "bucket list."

We travel a lot, but as I get older, it gets harder. I have relatives from Wisconsin who have been to all 50 states and to over 100 countries. We are a long way from those stats.

I would like to learn how to work with metal. Would also like to take DH to see the Northern Lights. I saw them by chance when I was about 14; he has never seen them.

PS I rode a horse when I was 12; did not know how to tell it to stop. Was scared silly.
