In addition to the identification, let's try to get you some help, which has been short in supply from the above posters--no real fault of theirs, it's an ID thread. Yeah, it looks like a bit more light might be helpful. Not too much, rubber trees are really capable of tolerating low light, and you don't want to suddenly shock it, but bring it up to some brighter light, then brighter again. It should improve. They do like bright light, but not direct sun. My mother kept one alive in deep shade and barely indirect light, but...well, that plant wasn't what I'd call happy. Most of them are a bit more hoggy for soil space than a cup, so that cup won't do for long, and I don't think that has a bottom drain in it either? You'll want a nice, light well-draining mix of soil with a drain at the bottom. They hate sitting in water, so a drainless cup is a bad idea. Carol, I'm going to try some greens this fall, but I don't have enough sun for much else. I had a community garden bed, but I guess I wasn't working on cleaning and planting fast enough for them, and they kept bugging me about it, so I just gave it up. We Florida gardeners are a strange lot. We pray for rain, then curse it. In the summer, we can't wait for fall and in winter, we can't wait for spring. But through it all, we get to garden year-around, so not so bad.

There are pre-made arched bridges that would look nice in place of the current one. A flagstone and gravel path is a good DIY project if you are inclined to YouTube it. Succulents, Aloe, Agave will work and place stones and gravel among them like a rock garden. Your local nursery will have plants that grow in your growing Zone and some will send out a consultant if you buy plants from them.
