I don't. Often one that is very familiar to one person can be unknown to others. Then someone not understanding or wishing clarity has to ask for more information, which makes the shortcut not a shortcut.
Here's a suggestion - if you want to use an acronym or abbreviation shortcut, please define it first. If you're going to use the phrase just once, there's no need to define it first, since doing so involves typing it out the long way once. No need for a shortcut.
