Cover them and nuke for 30 seconds.

I'd eat them cold! lol

wrap in foil with a teaspoon of water in it for moisture and heat on low oven temp for maybe 20 mins or so you could check and see if it needs longer. That will keep them moist and not cook them too much more.

I'd eat the steak cold, but DH likes his warm, so I heat up some AuJus in a flat pan, really hot, then quickly add the thinly sliced steak to the Jus and remove from heat. Usually just right without cooking it.

Didn't want to eat it cold or nuke it, plus the steak is very thick... so think I will take Raven's suggestion! Thanks girls!

I add a little BBQ sauce, maybe a little water, wrap loosely in foil and heat in my toaster oven at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes.

lydia, my sister used to grill extra on purpose, wrap and freeze, then in bad weather she would pull out the saved portions and microwave them till hot. Outdoor flavor in indoor weather. I say used to because her family is grown now + plus she has two german shepherds with big brown eyes who luv table leftovers :), I don't mean to imply she's no longer with me.

I would never nuke meat. Leftover or not. I put some water in the bottom of my broiler pan, put meat on the rack over that, cover tightly with foil and bake at about 300 degrees. The meat starts smelling good again when it's getting good and hot.

It was delicious! The steak had been a little undercooked for my taste, so putting it in the oven for a bit helped in that regard too.

I was wondering how it turned out for you, sounds like it was a success! And also sounds yummy.

I use that method to heat up our bbq briskets all the time, keeps them very moist but does not make them over cooked.
