Believe it or not I got Ducher instead of Duchess of Brabant last week. That is really funny. Same exact problem but, I got mine from Chamblee's. Luckily, I noticed it 2 days later when I was planting it. I called them right up and they apologized and sent me my Duchess on Monday. It should be here by Thursday. The best part was they told me to keep Dutcher. Of course, being that they were sending another order, I had to add to it. It must be a label thing as when I first opened the Box and looked at all the Labels I didn't notice it either. I think we both got lucky as I've done some homework on Dutcher and think we'll grow to like him. Dan

tammyinwv, I've heard of that happening and damaging the rv itself. Its really a scarey thing. The cut in the brakeline on ours was a result of my trying to take out a tree stump (not on purpose) with the motorhome back in December. We think it had something to do with the hydraulics failing and something nipped the brakeline. We do check everything before we go on a trip as a rule. We had taken our unit in for an oil change and that's when they discovered the brake and hydraulic problems. We didn't get to go on the trip in January because of the hydraulic jacks going out. No replacements could be found anywhere in the U.S. They were really great jacks, but only made for two years specifically for our brand of motorhome, then the company was sold and they went to a different kind for the new models. We wound up having a complete air leveling system put in. I still say Lou's biscotti and pizzelles were good luck. Lou, I know you're out there, wish you were in here, keep making those luscious treats and know we missed your additions to the forum.

I got burned too. When I ordered two patterns I also ordered a few things to make the postage worth it. When the package arrived there were the extras but not the patterns. When I phoned I was told they were on back order and in fact, one of the patterns was probably discontinued. I said "why doesn't your website reflect that fact?" She said that she hadn't had a chance to keep up with the website. I contacted the designer of the "discontinued" pattern and was told that sistersanddaughters.com had not placed an order with her in several years(!!!) and always made it sound as if the designer was slow in shipping to sistersandddaughters.com. Also, her design was not discontinued. I really hate liars!! Also, icing on the cake of bad business. In the same order, I ordered a 28mm cutter from her site (the only cutter available on her website) and got a 45mm cutter that I already owned. I couldn't have ordered it because it wasn't possible TO order it. I will never, repeat never, order from that place again. I hate liars and I hate when people advertise things and don't deliver. She could have called and let me know that the patterns weren't available but she probably makes her money off of the things that people like me order to go "with" the patterns. Never again. I hope someone reads this and saves themselves getting burned like I did.

I always check mine, online, before taking a winning ticket in. The only one I didn't check for some reason was a $743 winner. lol. We did have a woman working a local convenience store that got caught stealing scratch offs and if they were winners, she was taking them to another local store to redeem. The other store got suspicious about all the winning tickets she seemed to come up with and called the other store and an investigation revealed she had stolen a huge amount of them. Don't know if she ever cheated a customer or not. Besides checking them at home, they have a reader machine where you can check them at the place you bought them and I always check them again to make sure I didn't miss something before turning them in.
