How many hamburgers can one person eat?

Ahhh, the days of kitchen remodeling. Making myself a salad for dinner tonight was fun. Romain leaves rinsed in the garage washtub (next to the refrig's temporary home), paper plates and a plastic fork from our liquor cabinet turned microwave/toaster/lunch prep area, olive oil and Balsamic found in a box in the spare bedroom, onions and cucumbers sliced in the hallway bathroom counter (adjacent to the dog food and canine medication center)... Wow, all that for a salad. Tomorrow I think I'm back to Trader Joe's frozen delights.

It made me wonder - when slogging through months without an actual kitchen, what are your go-to meals? Does anyone have a funny story to share?

Jon
