How many eat passionfruit right out of the fruit?

I've tasted one person's passionfruit who's was low enough in acid that it tasted good right out of the fruit. I received a purple passionfruit (was supposed to be red passionflower) vine which fruited and I've been harvesting lots of fruit lately. This isn't such a low acid kind, but I still find it quite tasty straight from the fruit. I've heard of straining it into juice, but its so much easier to scarf it down with a spoon, I won't bother the other way. How many other people like it that way, and how many people do other things with theirs?
