Homeperfect.com Blanco Sink

Has anyone here successfully managed to return a damaged item from Homeperfect.com? We bought a Blanco Silgranit sink from them and it arrived with a questionable mark on the rim. I emailed pictures directly to Blanco to see if it was just part of the manufacturing process or if it was a hairline crack. Their quality department reviewed the pictures and told me to exchange the sink.

I sent that email, along with pictures to Homeperfect within 24 hours of delivery. That was 2 weeks ago and they are still "negotiating with Blanco". I already provided them with an email from Blanco stating that the sink needed to be exchanged!

My husband has spoken to Aby from customer service and Christy from Sales. I can't get Mike Miller on the phone or to return phone calls. If anyone has had success with this, could you please tell me who you spoke with? How long did the process take?
