Amina, hopefully someone will chime in with just the right can; but if not, you could always cut the can down to fit. If you had a top-mounted unit and it didn't work that way for some reason, you could trade it in for a bottom-mounted one.

I'm looking at their bottom-mounted unit. Have a top-mounted unit (don't know the make) right now and it's too wobbly/doesn't glide smoothly and I think a bottom-mount would work better.

Hadn't even thought about cutting the can down to size! Is that really do-able?! Is there some place I need to take it to to have it cut? I'm sure there are options out there for me but I'm getting desperate and rev-a-shelf seem to make sturdy units - so if cutting down to size is an option, I'll certainly consider it!

I have a Rev-a-shelf bottom mount pull out trash but mine is the 4WC-18DM2 double trash can. Before I mounted the door to it, I was a little chicken to drill into the door and used it for a while leaving it under the sink so it didn't pull out. During that time, I needed room between the top of the garbage can and the top of the cabinet opening to put my hand in and throw out the trash. I replaced the basket that came with it with a rubbermaid, I think it was, but I can look it up if need be. When I installed the door and started to use it as a pull out, I could put the taller can back in, but both worked fine. The key is the divider between the front and back trash cans. If there is no divider between the two, you need to find cans that fill the space so they don't tip. If there is a divider like there is in mine, you will be fine. I put the bottle for the hand soap that is hooked to my NeverMT in the back space because there is not sufficient space for a second can to slide under the GD. The pull out slides smoothly and is not wobbly. I am not sure from the photos if the model you are talking about has that divider, or if you are considering the single, you should be fine. Any trash can that fits should work. Don't know if this helps you at all, but maybe someone with that exact model will chime in.

Thanks for all the info! I ended up ordering the 5349-15dm18-1. Found a Rubbermaid trash can that could work in that space as well as a Rev-a-shelf vanity trash. The rep at Kitchensource.com was able to give me the dimensions for the trash can that comes with the unit (although the rep at Rev-a-shelf claimed not to have it handy!).

It's the hardware I'm interested in which I think will be a huge improvement over what we have now. Fingers crossed that it works out. :)

Update:

GC adjusted the plumbing under the kitchen sink and the Rev-a-shelf unit works (and fits!) beautifully! If anyone is interested, I bought mine from Ovisonline.
