Perspective and pacing

For some reason, I'm finding myself racing to do the whole at once.

I've ordered fabric for the guest room curtains and bench. I've ordered samples for the office curtains and chair pillow. I bought a chair for the office.

I've got three pieces of art in for framing (although they have set places so they're at least figured out.)

I'm looking at backsplash designs for the kitchen--the house is 5.5 years old and still doesn't have a backsplash and the area behind the cooktop looks pretty bad.

I'm looking at new table and chairs for our dining room.

DH has put a kabosh on the idea of new bookcases until the dining room table is replaced.

I want window treatments for the MBR and for the living room/dining room windows.

The living room needs new tables and a new lamp.

I have shelves in both the office and the basement rec room that need accessorizing.

Oh--and I want to move the towel hanger and add shelves in the powder room. And paint.

And the basement bathroom. And DD (the younger) wants to paint and make changes in the upstairs bath.

I'm finding it hard to focus--any advice?
