I think it would look odd, because they are very different heights. If you panel the warming drawer, then it will just look like a big drawer. Depending on cabinet construction there may be a minimum horizontal separation required.

Sorry for the unintentional mystery everyone! I have been clearing my counters and taking pictures to try to be helpful on several threads on GW and got tired of it, so I figured what the heck, I'm actually living here, right! Anyway, my marble island is in it's 12 month of use and was etched practically on day one, and weekly since then. After my daughter shook the Tropicana OJ jug (the one that USED to be 64 oz that they redesigned with a fancy flip lid that isn't easy for kids to get to fully close) and OJ flew all over the island, I gave up with babying and use it almost without care. Cheeseburgers were on the menu last night. Anyway, you who guessed cheese are right; it is grated cheddar. The plate is one of Villeroy & Boch "Design Naif" patter. There actually isn't anything on it but the painted scene. This pattern is actually a quaint set of six different scenes on each plate. I'll show you a pic with all 6 scenes to satisfy any curiosity. On the black meat tray is some unused raw burger meat that I ended up making my dogs do tricks for after dinner. There are a couple knives and, yes, a tape measure since I was getting info to answer someone's question about the dimensions of something on my island. To the right you see some thin slices of bread that I threw out. I used Zomick's challah rolls for our burger buns and they are a bit high. To make them easier for my son to eat a burger in, and to make them slightly less carb-ful for myself and husband, I sliced out the middle. To the right of that is what's left of a large, delicious tomoato that I made a sliced tom/mozz/basil salad with. I know, horrifying that a cut tomato would be on my marble. However, we're planning to have the island honed this summer due to all the etching it has received, so it sort of doesn't matter too much. Sorry for the hijacking this thread!!!! OP - a couple of things. First, RH often has sales. If you can wait it will be well worth it! Second, buy MANY more pieces of hardware than you think you will need. Lucky for me that there is a RH store near me bc I kept having to go back, at least 5 times, to get more. I counted with my installer, three times, before shopping and bought one extra of each. Some went missing, some were defective, a few were the wrong finish and labled wrong - stuff happens. The good thing about RH is that they have a wonderful return policy. The bad thing about possibly less expensive other retailers, especially online retailers, is that they may only give store credit or may charge a restocking fee, plus online you have to pay shipping to make a return. Also, buy a sample of whatever you are leaning toward before committing fully. Sometimes what you see and what you hold and feel are two different things. Last, yes RH was a bit expensive, although I saw much more expensive as well. But, they had the variety of sizes I wanted and they feel wonderful and are very well made. FWIW, I found some bin pulls on ebay that worked fine for a mudroom bench we made. Up close they are relatively a bit cheap looking, but they are functional and look fine from a distance. Most of this is personal choice/preference. There are no hard and fast rules. Do you like the look of two pulls/drawer on wider drawers? If so, you could get all one size and put one on drawers less than, say, 30" and two on any 30" or wider. You usually do not have to worry about pulling a drawer unevenly with two pulls. As long has you have good quality drawer hardware, you shouldn't have any problems. We put knobs on doors and our 6" pullouts and pulls on all other pullouts and all drawers. In our case, we put one on drawers = 30". I think the 2-pull look looks more like fine furniture, and I happen to like the look. If I had it to do over, I think I might have put two pulls on the 27" drawers... As to the 6" pullouts, our pulls (5") were too wide to fit horizontally and I don't like the look of vertical pulls, so we went with knobs. We store heavy pots & pans and heavy glass dishes in many of the two-pull drawers. I usually use just one hand/pull to open drawers and have not yet hand any issues. If you prefer one pull/drawer, then most will look fine on the drawer widths you listed; none are that wide. I suggest picking a medium-sized pull and just using the same size. You can drive yourself crazy scouring the net and stores looking for the same pull in various sizes. Whatever you choose, I suggest only purchasing two or three of them and them mocking them up on your drawers to see (1) which look you prefer, (2) how you want to place them, and (3) whether they fit your hands and/or fingers (i.e., comfort). We ended up with two different manufacturers for our knobs & pulls (both birdcage in antique iron) b/c the knobs in one (Dec Har) fit our hands better (the stem was a little longer) and the pulls in the other (Siro) had nicer curves. Bottom line....what looks are you drawn to? That will tell you how you should place your hardware. I do have a pic of how I placed my knobs... As to our pulls, we centered them on the drawers fronts, except the trash pullout. The pull on the trash pullout is on the frame. I've had a longer bail pull on a pot drawer before. As an adult, I *knew* to not pull on it from the side or mishandle it. However, in my home, then of four children...some teens that were in a hurry, mispulled and eventually the handle slipped out of the socket and it was a problem forevermore. In my 36" desk drawer front there are two 5.5" bail pulls. It works great and looks proportionate. I decided to use two handles on my wider drawers in my kitchen. I'd show you but we're literally doing glazing on my doors today and they're not installed right now. Just consider 'who' will be using the drawers and how much weight will be in those drawers before you decide on one pull or not. I would opt for two pulls. People can't use them if they're not there.
