Re-upholstering: Here's a challenging question..

For a really comfy seat, a cushion with spring-down and an 'S' spring or, better yet, 8-way hand tied is best. Why can I not find an upholsterer who will/can do this? Calico corners has chairs that resemble my bergere chairs in size, seat depth, etc, and have this nice type construction in the loose seat cushion. Two upholsterers I've spoken with cannot do this. C.Corners upholsterers will not do it. They tell me the new chairs come from the factory with this cushion and it's not doable from their re-upholsterer. Shoot! It makes all the difference in a cushy seat. I am speaking of the loose seat cushion having springs not the chair base. On a bergere the base probably isn't deep enough for springs, but it CAN be put into the cushions. Is it going to prove impossible to find someone who can do this? If so, why???
