Help with farmhouse sink please

I am about ready to switch my plan from a white farmhouse sink to an undercounter stainless steel. I looked at stainless steel apron, but it's just not the same feel or look I am going for .

My #1 priority is to have a sink that will be strong, durable, and doesn't have to be babied - something I could toss a spoon from the other side of the kitchen into the sink if I wanted to and not chip it (not that I do this, but the point being that I *could*). Or accidently drop a cast iron fry pan and not break it. Or wash a pan with it pressed against the sides and bottom and not leave permenant black mark.

Is there any white apron sink material to fit this bill?

I have cast iron, white enameled now - never again!

Also, are there any that have a thicker apron front - like a good 2 or 3 inches thick - not neccesarily the whole front from top to bottom - I am concered with the what could be considered the "rim" of the apron. The top of it, the part your arms rest on. I've seen that look with SS apron sinks, but can't find it in a white material version.
