My favorite sites to shop for pulls are Cool Knobs And Pulls and Home Portfolio. The former has all kinds of pulls. You have to look through them, but they have great ones. The latter is a marketplace where high high end to plebian are shown. The most interesting and unusual as well as big manufacturer standard.

They're called finger pulls or hidden pulls. I was searching for the same thing before we decided just to go with regular SS euro bar pulls. The Ikea ones seem really low quality. Anyway, Hafele makes one and there is another - similar but not not the same - by Berenson called Bravo.

Hi! This is a very old thread, but I was wondering what pulls you ended up using in your kitchen? I saw a picture that you posted of your finished kitchen and it was beautiful!! I would love to get that look. Did you use 3" wide pulls on all drawers? I wasn't sure and was guessing. I also wondered how much clearance there was between your drawer faces? Did you have to do anything special to the drawers to accommodate the edge pulls that you used? I don't want to have to route out a notch for the pulls, so wanted to make sure that the cabinet maker allowed enough space. Thanks so much!!
