HELP - Uneven wall so range doesn't go in flush

I am sad that this is my first post. It would be wrong to characterize me a longtime lurker. I'm more a longtime, obsessed stalker of this forum. I was hoping my first post would be to share my final kitchen. Alas...

We are just about done, but have discovered that the range won't go in flush because the wall behind the range isn't even/level/plumb. We've had a number of issues with the contractors that my wife and I have resolved or determined to live with. This, however, seems like a big one. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the problem until the tile, granite, everything but the range, was all in. What can we do? What do you suggest?

Here are pictures of our range up against the wall.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

(Sorry, but I can't seem to rotate the picture)
