I have the Delta Addison and love it. I purchased it through a kitchen and bath showroom so I am not sure if the big boxes sell that particular one. However, I did not get the one with Touch technology. I heard of people not happy with it because it was too sensitive so I opted not to get that feature.

Tricia, first I have to say your last paragraph is so true for ALL of us! I laughed, and I nodded in agreement. That's why we love this forum so much. As to your 3 choices, I would only pick the Hansgrohe out of those 3, because the other 2 look like they have side sprays instead of integrated sprayers. I would not have a faucet that needs a side sprayer. Because the water pressure is never as good, and because the additional hole is one more thing to clean around. And speaking of cleaning, the other two faucets have a lot of nooks and crannies and joints. Yet more to clean around. I like a faucet I can just wipe down smoothly, without having to work on grime that can get in nooks and crannies. Just MHO. Also, I am not sure that your choice of the prep-sink size for the Hansgrohe is a good one. Typically apron front sinks are on the larger size, and that faucet may not be in proportion with your sink. It may also not have the reach you need for that size sink. Are you worried that the larger Hansgrohe faucet would be too tall in front of your window? Many people here have very tall faucets in front of windows, and it looks fabulous. I'm linking below a thread showing a bunch of faucet choices. Look at the pic from Beekeeperswife who has a similar sink setup as you, though not farmhouse, but with cabinets flanking either side of window in front of the sink. Her faucet is really tall and beautiful. You can do a search on this forum for more pics of her kitchen. One great trick is to take rolled up heavy-duty aluminum foil, and shape it in the shape and size of the faucet you are considering, and stick it where you will have it installed. It really helps to picture how that particular size faucet would look. I think either would work, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the copper. I have the anthracite siligranit sink with ORB faucet and hardware. I really wanted copper but a lot of the copper faucets are that bright shiny copper and I don't like that. But in my powder room I have a hammered copper sink with a dark patina and my faucet is the brushed copper like that. I LOVE it! ORB usually has a copper tone under the darker wash, I think it would be beautiful, especially if you had copper accessories close by.

My sink is 36" and the PLP 5500 (the extended reach) can easily reach all areas of my sink to clean as well as fill a pot sitting on the counter next to the sink. The difference in reach between the 5500 and the 5600 is only 1 3/8" and both have an 18" reach with the hose. I think you'd be fine with the smaller 5600. The other consideration is the height of the faucet. The 5500 is slightly taller. The only time I've really appreciated the extra height was when I wash my 20 quart stock pots. Still could have washed them easily with the shorter 5600. Go on Waterstone's site and check out the specs on each faucet. The extended reach version is taller and has a longer reach. What size is your prep sink? My prep sink is an 18" square and I quickly ruled out the prep faucets because they were just too small. I ended up with the Hampton kitchen faucet because it coordinated nicely with the PLP 5600 and had a nice reach that fit my prep sink. Thought about the Annapolis but the prep faucet was too small (too short a reach) and the kitchen faucet was too large for my 18" prep sink. Very happy with the Hampton.
