Best location for seam - sink under bay window vs. corner?

I've read a lot of advice about granite seams on this forum and many of the pros feel that it is better to put a seam through the middle of a sink than in or near the corner of an L. However, the fabricator did a tentative layout that has the seam (and apparently one is necessary in the L part of the plan) a few inches off the corner and going the entire width of granite.

I asked if it would be possible to do it down the middle of the sink and they said yes, however, the fabricator thought it might be a better bet to go just off the radius corner because :

1) sink is under a wide triple window, and the granite goes back another 12 inches or so behind the sink. Since the window is right there they feel the light coming through might make a seam more noticeable in that location (they do very decent seam work here - gorilla grips etc ).

2) they may be able to match up pattern and movement better on either side of the seam if done that way (granite is New Venetian but it definitely has some movement to it).

3) because of the bay window it might be difficult to install a piece that cuts off a part of the sink and also moves out for the bay - so not just a simple rectangle. In other words, maybe it's easier for them to do it this way.

We go down in person tomorrow so any advice would be appreciated!
