Help designing the tiniest ugliest kitchen ever...

Hi everyone,

The title says it all...Our kitchen is about 10.5' wide and 9.4' in depth.

Basically there are 3 doors, 1 window and a brick chimney that leave only 2 walls for cabinets.

The wall that is 82" is the one with the range.

The wall with the sink has 96" available but there is a pipe (the stack) that is 10" wide and the pipe inside is 6" deep.

The brick chimney is 17" wide, cannot be removed (we're on the third floor) so we were thinking of putting a very shallow cab infront of it or open shelves.

There is only one place for the fridge and no room for cabs beside it.

I cannot remove any walls and do not want to change anything structurally. This is an old 1930's house and I live on the third level of it.

Any help would be appreciated. I know that there is not much that can be done here...

On the sink wall I'd like to add a d/w and reduce the sink to 24".

On the range wall I was thinking of pushing the range more in and adding 15" of drawers beside it.

The door beside the range leads to a small bedroom behind it.

thank you in advance!

sorry about the hand drawn picture...
