First report from baking center -- I'm in love

I tried mixing pizza dough on my baking center this afternoon. This is a standard 39" w x 24" deep base drawer/door cabinet that we had cut down 4 inches. My arms felt much better and it was easier to knead dough (just push down instead of down and outward). The baking center is directly across the aisle from the range and it might end up as my prep center for everything because I'm short. I did not try mixing the dough directly on the countertop, because right now all I have is the plywood subtop, and I don't need that much fiber in my diet :)
