Hi, First I want to thank everyone on this site for all of the good advice and opinions you have posted. We have just built a new home and I got so many good suggestions from you all (Super White countertops being the best one!) I was wondering if anyone else got a Pottery Barn catalog with a 15% off code on the back that they weren't planning on using. I used mine for some new towels, and then we decided to go for the Farmhouse bed. If anyone could possibly message me their code, I would REALLY appreciate it. I purchased the Pottery Barn Silk Duponi Tie Top Drapes in ivory. Initially I purchased 4 panels for my living room bay window and 4 panels for my dining room window. I believe both windows are around 100" wide. I love them so much I purchased 4 more panels for my kitchen eating nook window as well. (I'm lucky that my significant other has not voiced any objections to the curtains.) I absolutely love the curtains and I feel they made the rooms look 10x better than before. The 4 panels for each window look perfect (to me): full and beautiful. The silk duponi looks expensive and the texture is lovely. The panels definitely filter/dim the light but not a lot. Previously I had black velvet curtains on my living room window and nothing on my dining room window (open to the living room - opposite sides of the house) and the living room is significantly brighter than before. In fact, I pretty much only open the curtains if company is coming over because they let in enough light closed. I would imagine the clay color would block the light a little more. The curtains do have a white lining behind the silk. I used the large Pottery Barn Standard Drape Rod and it has a single support in the middle. I purchased the extra-large size for my family room sliding glass door with 2 fixed windows beside it (I think around 110"?) but I have not yet installed the rod or curtains, so I'm not certain how many supports. I think just the 2 outside and the single in the middle, but I'm not positive. I didn't do a great deal of research before purchasing the drapes so I'm not certain if you could find something equally as beautiful elsewhere. But I really do love these from Pottery Barn. I feel like the quality and styling is fantastic and I would definitely do it all over again.

compumom - You must have missed my recent rant about PB shipping charges. About a week ago I ordered 2 end tables to use at nightstands. They added "shipping and handling", "delivery fees" and tax which added up to about $230, about $90 of that was tax. I called the support number, the local sotre, and tried every coupon code I could find. I was politely told that's just the way we do it. So I sucked it up, pretended it was just the cost of the tables and paid it. For my outrageous delivery fees I got the tables shipped from 10 mi down the road...lol. One came on a truck on Fri, the other on another truck the next Monday. They came UPS and were placed on my porch, no setup or anything. BUT, I do love the tables so I'd do it again and next time I won't beat my head up against the wall trying to avoid their charges I guess. Wish I'd known about Nancy's trick, I might've given that a shot! Good luck to you.

kitchentime, I wanted to thank you again for letting me use your code. I had to hem the drapes so I just got them hung yesterday, although I've had them a while. They were 7" too long--my other choice was about 7" too short. I re-learned how to use the blind hem stitch on my machine and the hemming came out perfectly. I also added drapery weights since they didn't have any. Here's a picture--note the pillows on the chair as well. It only needs one pillow for looks but needs two for comfort! Thanks again!
