Comments (1)What color towels do you have? I would coordinate the bath rug with those. Navy would be nice, or a deep moss green....See MoreBath mats or long runner?
Comments (12)Is it Aktillery who has the "regular" rug in her bathroom? It's beautiful. I love "regular" rugs on bathroom and kitchen floors. Get one of the polypropylene rugs from eSale, where Aktillery got hers. They're inexpensive comfortable underfoot, and can handle the dampness....See MoreWhich shower curtain would go best with this chevron bath mat?
Comments (14)Since everyone is suggesting white, and waffle eave at that, I will mention that I bought one at Target about 5 years ago but pretty sure they always have it. It does look very nice and I have washed it a few times ( I do use a plastic liner) and it washes well. I just looked, and they have this one (somehow I think mine is 'beefier " but anyway...Target Waffle Weave. while looking on Target I saw this one which is mostly white but has a navy bottom...white with navy oxford...See MoreBath Mats...yes or no?
Comments (26)I have a beautiful tile and marble shower with frameless glass doors - why would I want to drape a rug or a mat over it? I don't have a tub but again why would I want to drape anything over the side of the tub as part of the permanent decor? I am not sure why something on the floor is necessary. I had a rug prior to my remodel because I just assumed it was what was done. When I moved out during the remodel, a used towel on the floor served the dual purpose of absorbing any drips and providing a non slip surface when my wet feet exited - this was in the bathroom of death which had slick 12 x 12 marble tiles :-). After using a towel for six months I realized that having permanent or semi-permanent rugs/mats on the floor only created an additional thing to clean - cluttered up the visuals of my bathroom and served no purpose for me....See Moresanborn5
