A few months ago I cam here looking for help photoshopping my 1984 colonial home in order to choose an exterior color. I received tons of help for which I am forever grateful!

The pics below are before and after. In December of last year, we changed out our door to increase interior light in our foyer area. This year, we removed the shutters, restained the house (and when I say we, my husband and I did the lower half), stripped and finished our deck in a real wood finish versus the solid color stain, and replaced our aging front walkway.

The color change was not drastic. We had Sherwin Williams Dune Gray and settled on California Stains Natural Bridge. The new color is warmer and has greens, browns and golds in it. I wanted something different from the typical blues, grays, whites and yellows in our neighborhood and am quite happy with the results.
