adding privacy lining to woven wood blind...is it easy?

The one window treatment that was left in this house that we actually *like* is a woven wood in our bedroom. It is "inset mounted" (not sure if that is the correct term, but I hope you know what I mean) but it is not lined. I was AGHAST when I was outside one night and realized that with the lights on in our room, you could see everything! We only have one set of neighbors behind us, and there are a lot of shrubs and stuff and some distance between us...so hopefully no one has seen anything YET! LOL.

Soooo...can I get some sort of ready made material that will block the view and also block the heat that comes into the room in the late afternoon? I don't want to involve a window treatment professional if I can avoid it...I would like to do something inexpensive. I don't really care how it looks from the outside...I mean, as long as it isn't *horrible.*

Thanks!
