Without seeing your pictures, I'll respond to a couple questions.

First - yes, it is perfectly okay to paint the inside and outside of doors different colors. All of my exterior doors other than the patio door (so side door (into kitchen), front door, and basement door (into a walk-out basement) are red on the outside, and white on the inside. I LOVE the red color - it goes great with our white siding and black shutters. But, it would be way, way, way too much inside. I think this is pretty normal. It really depends on what exterior color you chose, and what your interior decor looks like. (Also, if you do do the same color inside and out, TECHNICALLY you should not use the exterior paint for the interior. It off-gasses more "nasty" stuff than the interior paint, and supposedly is (ironically) not as durable for interior use as interior paint is... I guess it's more weather-resistant, but doesn't hold up as much to daily living. I'm sure some people have done it with no terrible effects, but that's the general rule.)

Can't comment on color questions without seeing the pics, but regarding storm doors... I actually don't have storm doors, which is a departure from every other place I have lived. The house is new and so it is very well weatherized and so there is no need, from a weatherization standpoint, to have the storm door. (Although personally I would prefer to be able to open the main door and still have a screen or window between the outside and me.) Our doors look much, much better without storm doors. If you do put in storm doors out of necessity or personal preference, I'd go with something that kind of "disappears" - probably a door with a full window (no cross bar) and a frame which is either the color of your front door, or which matches the trim around the door, or at the very least is metal.

Yup, I see it. You can do a google image search for "brick house" and see what other people have done. Personally, on a brick house, I like a satin or gloss black door... it gives a beautiful classic look. I might also either replace or spray paint your front light fixture black. (Our builder put up white fixtures on our white house for no apparent reason... they were colonial style and were available in black for the same price... I put up new black ones by the front door, and then moved the two that had been flanking the front door to the side door and basement door, first spray painting them in satin black. I removed the glass before doing this, and they are indistinguishable from the new black ones I bought, and have held up for a couple years now.)

I see in some pictures online that some people have gone with a white door, but then usually balance it with black shutters. (Speaking of which, are you considering shutters? I think that would enhance the appearance.)

I'd probably go with the same color for all exterior doors. And, if it were my house, I would paint the inside of the doors some white shade, and also paint over that wood trim to freshen things up. But, some people will definitely say not to touch the natural wood color. What do you like? Also - if black looks okay in that interior entry, I might consider painting the inside of the door black... it's hard to say based on your photos.

Storm doors - your existing door is about as I described in my post above. It doesn't look terrible white, and I'm not sure how paintable it is. If it IS paintable (and will hold up after painting) you might want to paint it to match whatever color you paint the door. But right now it matches the trim, which is okay.

I think a pale to medium gray would look nice for your front and back exterior doors but I'd personally leave their interior sides and trim stained.

You're welcome. I realized I forgot to mention the screen doors. I'd leave both of them as they are. The front screen door looks fairly new and in the back it looks as though you have a doggie door so the screen needs to be open for that to be used. I'd see if you can replace the lower part of the screen door with one with an opening.
